Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within 10 days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships — if it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all US orders. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Where your order ships from
Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners overseas. This is how we keep prices well below retail on equipment of this quality. It also means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse — the 7–14 day window is realistic, not optimistic, and we'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you.

Orders with multiple items
If you order more than one product, items may arrive separately and on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing. Each shipment has its own tracking number.

Customs and duties
All import duties and taxes are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier backlogs, customs processing and weather can add time, and none of it is within our control. If your order passes 21 business days without arriving, contact us at paul@groundstatehub.com and we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can change it if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address are refunded less the cost of return shipping.

Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbours and your building's mail room first, then contact us within 7 days. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
